Privacy Policy for MiniGames

1. Application covered

This policy applies to MiniGames, package name com.sancho.minijuegos, distributed through Google Play.

2. Who is responsible, and contact

The data controller is the developer shown on the MiniGames listing on Google Play. For any privacy-related question, please use the contact address published on that same listing.

3. Data the app does NOT collect

• It never asks for or stores your real name, email address, phone number or any other identifying information.
• There is no sign-up and there are no user accounts.
• It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, files or any device hardware identifier.
• The app requests no dangerous Android permissions.

4. Data stored on your device

When a round ends you may type a nickname to save your score. That nickname and score are written to a local database on the device itself. This information:

• is never sent to any server and is not shared with anyone;
• is chosen by you and need not be your real name;
• can be deleted at any time from the Scores screen, using the "Delete all" button or by long-pressing an individual entry;
• is removed entirely when you uninstall the app.

If you have Android backup enabled, that local file may be included in your Google account backup, which Google manages under its own terms.

5. Advertising

MiniGames shows ads through Google AdMob, operated by Google Ireland Limited. To do so, AdMob may collect and process:

• the Android Advertising ID;
• technical information about your device and connection;
• information about how you interact with the ads.

Google processes this data as controller or joint controller depending on the case. You can read how it is used in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

You can reset or delete your advertising identifier from Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device.

6. Consent in the EEA and the United Kingdom

If you are in the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, the first time you open the app you will see a consent form powered by Google's User Messaging Platform, where you decide whether to accept personalised advertising.

You can review or change that decision at any time from Preferences → Ad privacy options inside the app.

7. Children

MiniGames is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Retention and deletion

Because no personal data is collected on any server of ours, we retain nothing. Local data (nickname and scores) remains on your device until you delete it from within the app or uninstall MiniGames. For data processed by Google AdMob, Google's own retention periods and procedures apply.

9. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Since this app stores no personal data outside your device, you can exercise those rights directly by deleting the local data or uninstalling the app. For data processed by Google, please contact Google through the links in section 5.

10. Changes to this policy

Any change will be published at this same address, with the date at the top updated accordingly.
